Built by Operators.
Proven in Real Businesses.

Propel was created by people who have built, scaled, and operated real companies — not just software.

We Didn’t Start by Building Software

We Started by Building Businesses.

Co-founders Casey Clark & Dan Gramann got their start in franchising. Scaling businesses across the country and seeing quickly what turn key systems are required for scale. In 2013, they both co-founded Cultivate Advisors with a simple goal: advise business owners to scale companies and maximize enterprise value.

Over the next decade, their firm grew into multiple service offerings with a holding company of Cultivate Brands. Now employing 175+ team members and earning a spot on the Inc 5000 fastest growing company list 7 years in a row. They not only scaled their own companies, they also had the opportunity to work alongside thousands of other companies to support their growth.

But the pattern was always the same: the more businesses grew, the harder it became to run them with clear visibility. Strategic plans, scorecards, initiatives, meetings, tasks, resources and training all lived in different tools and disconnected systems.

What started as an internal solution quickly became essential to how they ran their own companies - bringing visibility to operations, aligning teams, and turning strategy into action to drive performance.

As the system proved itself across our own businesses, it became clear that owners needed a practical all-in-one operational management platform built around how companies actually run.

That system became Propel.
